This Privacy Notice relates to Totus Tuus Consulting, and its affiliates (collectively known as “TTC”). We acknowledge that the privacy of the data provided is of the ultimate importance to our clients and our prospective clients (“Data Subject”, “You”, “Your”).

For example, when you give us your contact information, enter into an investment advisory contract with us, buy investment advisory services from us, tell us where to send money, or make a wire transfer. We may provide your personal information to our affiliates and to firms that assist us in servicing your account and have a need for such information, such as a broker or fund administrator. We may also disclose such information to service providers and financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing arrangements. We will store your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as explained in this Notice. In some circumstances, we may store your personal information for longer periods of time, where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or necessary technical requirements.
In specific circumstances, we may store your personal information for longer periods of time, if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal information or dealings.

We reserve the right to modify this Notice at any time. Should we make any material changes, we will post updates on the TTC website prior to the change becoming effective.
